To be eligible for an Exchange or Refund, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that it was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please take note of the non-returnable (non-exchangeable and non-refundable) items listed below:
We allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase irrespective of weekdays/weekends but please note that shipping costs are for your account – Please refer to “Shipping Returns” if you want to exchange your item.
If you want to exchange your original purchase for the same item (eg. of a different size), send us an email at hello@lizanzi.com with the subject: EXCHANGE #ORDER NUMBER. We will arrange the logistics with you via email.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which in the case of an online purchase will be your order confirmation email and proof of payment receipt. The new item you have selected will only be sent after the exchanged item is received by Lizanzi and it’s in its original condition.
