Upon checkout you will be presented with two options to receive your Lizanzi purchase: Local Pick Up or Flat Rate (Courier).
Our Tzaneen store is located in Tzaneen Lifestyle Centre, Shop 14C in Tzaneen, Limpopo . You are welcome to collect your parcel at our Tzaneen store.
Please ONLY collect your parcel if we have informed you that your parcel is ready for collection. Once you have received the confirmation email, please have your online order number (sent to via email upon placing your online order) ready for store collection. Please note that without your online order number you will not be eligible to collect your purchase.
Once collected, you will receive an email stating that your parcel was successfully collected.
In most cases, we make use of The Courier Guy for our courier services. A flat rate of R80 will be charged per consignment shipped. Orders over R800 will be free. Once your parcel is sent for delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier company to the cellphone number or email address provided on your online order. You can track your parcel by using the reference number that the courier company provides.
Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable in the case of exchanges/returns. Please read more about exchanges/returns.
